The majority of the Tactile Ground Surface Indicators (TGSI) and Warning Tactile Indicators provided by our clients are composed of stainless steel and various colors of Carborundum. This combination offers a strong grip and aids visually impaired passengers in easily navigating and identifying platforms equipped with our Carborundum tactile studs. These studs are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, enhancing the ambiance of their surroundings. We offer a range of designs to our clients, available in different shapes, sizes, colors, and dimensions, ensuring that our products meet our clients’ preferences. Customization is available to suit specific needs and conveniences.
Our Carborundum tactile studs are durable, easy to maintain, 100% dust-proof, and washable. They are weather-resistant, enduring temperatures ranging from -40 to 52 °C, and feature UV resistance. A thin layer of epoxy is applied to the top of each stud for added durability. They are constructed from 100% safe and secure raw materials. Available colors include Golden Yellow, Federal Yellow, Black, Matte Black, Copper, Blue, Brown, Green, Red, Grey, Coffee, and many more.
These products are engineered for easy installation and can be customized. They are offered at affordable rates, with more pricing details available upon contact. Our customer service is prompt and responsive. The Yellow Carborundum variant, in particular, features a yellow hue in the tactile studs, aiding those visually impaired individuals who retain some color perception, especially yellow. This feature makes it easier for them to identify the tactile studs when structured in combination with the installed platform.
